Why am i getting a subscription pop up with dazn

I subscribed to dazn after reading online it was free to subscribe to but I keep getting a pop up for payment when watching the club world cup on Dazn through sky if you can offer any help or advice I would appreciate it very much hope to hear from you soon. Mr David McAllister.

Dazn is a pay per view provider so you do have to subscribe before getting access to the content.

@caesarome But the Football Club World Cup games are available for free, so they shouldn't be asking for payment. 

 

The only thing I can think of is if @Rollypolly tuned in early before the free viewing commenced.

I've registered outside of sky for the free medium account which is all that is required for the club World Cup and it does heavily promote upgrading to premium or buying ppv but not forcing people to upgrade in order to watch cwc and certainly not during the games themselves 

 

@Rollypolly note that each game as two streams available one free version without a padlock and the other one is premium with a padlock make sure you are selecting the right stream if you have successfully registered for free
