You're on a pay as you talk contract.
You're going over the free 60 minutes free calls limit so are being charged for the entire call. For this you'd need to hang up before the 60 minutes are up & redial.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Joe+dewhurst @All calls are charged unless you have an inclusive call package.such as Sky Anytime+. You either pay monthly for a call package, or you're charged individually for every call you make. There are no 'free' calls

I was told by the sales advisor I would have free calls in my sky talk free talk acc upto an hour

@Joe+dewhurst Correct but if you go over an hour even by just a millisecond you will be charged the full duration

If you have a call package, that would be correct, for 01, 02 and 03 numbers.

Again the sales advisor said I get upto an hour on my landline free so he gave me incorrect information
