I cancelled Sky broadband early June and this was successfully processed by Sky and confirmed termination on 20.06.2024 so why would I be still getting charged £43 for July?
I have cancelled my direct debit now so I should not be getting any further invoices, can you please check this?
Thanks,
Alistair

If this isn't what has happened then give Sky a call so they can check that your account has been cancelled and they might be able to refund you if there is an outstanding credit on your account.

In case you aren’t aware this is a customer to customer forum and you’re not contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on here.
Now you've cancelled your payment method Sky will have difficulty in refunding you the overpayment. Billing continues during the notice period and bills are generated 14 days before the payment date (so when you were still a customer).
