Hi
I would like some advice on something, so last November I decided to upgrade my phone to the new iPhone 15 plus and send my old one back to sky, which was the iPhone 13 Pro Max as a swap. I sent that phone back and received my phone phone, but when I go onto my bills on my sky account I am still getting billed for my old phone which I don't have anymore and this month bill was well over £100. I was wondering why I am paying for two phones and why my bill was so high this month. If anyone could please help that would be highly appreciated thank you.

Then that will be why, you will need to call Sky about this on the 150 number.

if the amount sky offered you for the old device wasn't enough to cover the remaining balance sky would have added the difference to the first available bill after the swap was completed and taken in one go

Hi
I am definitely getting billed for the contract, not a second sim. Yh that was i thought but I have looked at all my bills for each month and my old phone contract has been charged on all my bills since November last year. @SKY1992bf

Hi
Thanks for your reply, I believe there was an amount still left to pay but I can't remember 100%.
