Whole home says included, next bill says not...!

Hi all, When I first obtained my sky package it included a sky puk. I've since purchased a Sky Glass Gen 2 65" TV and since logging into sky on my new TV, I now have the option listed stating that I can use the puk anywhere in my home, and it says 'included' (I forget what it's called). Now, I've just checked my next expected bill and it says the anywhere option will now not be included from 10th October, yet the option is still listed as 'included' with no end date. My question is, which do I believe, the option that says it's included (no end date), or the listing in the next predicted bill that says I'll be charged £15 from the 10th October? If it's the latter then I want to cancel it, immediately. Thanks all, Paul.

Hi all, Thanks for responses received. Although my query was not responded to specifically, i.e. why does it give no end date on my account and yet charges have appeared on my next predicted bill, I thank everyone for taking the time to get their point across, much appreciated. I have now cancelled Home Anywhere and await packaging to send the puk back. Once again, thank you. Paul.

If it is showing that you will be charged £15 on the bill dated next Friday then it looks like you will be, it might be to late to cancel and have it removed from that bill as the bill as you might need to give the standard 31 days notice.

Hi caesarome, Thanks for your response.  I forgot to mention, I never requested the anywhere home, it just appeared a couple of 3 months ago on my account, and has always said 'included' until now.  I would hope that there is no notice period because of this.  I think I'm going to cancel. Thanks again, Paul.

The £15 is the standard cost for Whole home, which is what is needed if you have a combination of Sky Stream and Sky Glass. As you had Sky Stream and then ordered the Sky Glass, the Whole Home would have been added at that point as you wouldn't have been able to order the Glass without it due to your existing puck.

Hi MarkGoldsmith, Indeed. The point I was querying was, why does it say 'included' in my account, with no end date (no dates!), where every other item has an end date, and yet it does specify dates in the next estimated bill. No worries, I've decided to cancel it regardless. Thanks, Paul.

Hi as you have a sky glass tv and a puck to be able to watch  your  programs on both you must have a whole home subscription,  you can give 31 days notice  to cancel but as I imagine that the tv will  be your  primary  device then you  will not be able  to use the puck and as the puck is loaned to you you will be asked to return  it
