Where to view switching credit

I swirched to sky broadband from BT in March 24.

Ive jumped through all the hoops and have had confirmation I will receive the switching credit

First question is where can I view this balance

Second question is what can I spend it on, salesman on the phone alluded to them paying my termination fees but failed to mention this was by way of switching credit

It will show as a credit on your bills

It will be used to reduce your balance/monthly payments until exhausted - you have to pay any early termination fees direct to BT

This credit can not be refunded to you so will be used against your future bills.
