I've had a whole load of problems since signing up to Sky, including them cancelling my initial order for no reason. Because of this it took a month to get connected, and to compensate me for the hassle I was told over the phone that I would be sent a £50 Tesco voucher. I have since chased this up and been told again that it would be emailed to me, but I am yet to receive it. I am so not impressed by my initial communcaitions with Sky! Has anyone else had this problem, and any advice on how to resolve it? Thanks

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAs you can contacted them twice and still have not got it then I would put in a complaint as there is an online form
