Re: Where do I find my Package details

I'm having the same issue. I've spent the past 10 minutes going through the app and the website trying to find my package details. The link to 'My products' shows nothing about my products, only what else I could get.

I'm particularly looking for information on my package broadband speed, as it's ridiculously slow today.

I was with Virgin before switching to Sky, and my package details were immediately visible on the app and the website, as they should be.

Re: Where do I find my Package details

It's as if they only want you to be able to buy more packages and not actually manage what you have and maybe cancel something!!

It's so childish!

@Gadjet

What are you looking to potentially cancel?

Re: Where do I find my Package details

My bill has just gone up and I think it may because I had Sky cinema on an offer but I cannot see anywhere about sky cinema being an offer that has ended, it just shows a part on my packeage with no way to view it or remove it if I can.

@Gadjet
If your discount has ended for Sky Cinema and you wish to keep it you will need to contact Sky to try to negotiate a new discount. Details of you package should be on your My Sky.

To remove part of your TV package you will need to contact Sky and give 31 days notice. Be aware if you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them. Also make sure cancellation of Cinema doesn’t cancel another discount. You can either call or use the messaging service to cancel this

Re: Where do I find my Package details

Thanks, I get it, it's just frustrating that you can add anything you like online without talking to someone but to get clear detailed information about my package content and contract dates or to rmove something I then HAVE TO talk to someone.

You make valid points about maybe links to other discounts but this could all be done online, It's the 21st Century this stuff is easy, it's just so annoying that they will not let you cancel something without the chance to talk you into something else.
