I'm not aware of a promotion in relation to Adidas. Did you sign up directly with Sky? Or via a third party?

If this was an offer when ordering a mobile I've found this answer to a previous post:-

Purchase between 21st December 2022- 24th January 2023 and claim a £300 Adidas Gift Voucher

Once you have received your new device, simply visit samsungpromotions.claims/newyearoffer and submit a claim
Your claim will be validated by Samsung within 7 working days
You will receive your gift within 45 days of your claim being validated
