Your sign up confirmation email or letter will tell you, or it may be shown on the Sky app. 

Note that your contract ends only when you cancel. All that happens at the end of your minimum, term is that your discounts expire and you pay full price.

Usually your contract info is sent via your message centre: https://www.sky.com/mymessages 
And in your email. It'll tell you "12 months" or "18 months" contract. You'd just work it out based on that.
