When trying to place an order for last 3 days just comes up with technical error
Trying to purchase an item agree to everything then just as goes to go through it says technical error and does not work

You mean internet yes everything is working fine it just website when trying to purchase an item

This does happen I'm afraid so the only way to get your order placed will be by calling Sky instead.
150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.

When you log in to make a purchase, check that you're using the same login credentials as you use when viewing your online Sky account. If that doesn't help, I'd give Sky a call and I'm sure they'll be happy to deal the order for you.
