When to negotiate a better deal?

My minimum term and offers ends on 15/05/2024, my bill increases from £106.50 to an estimated £116.50 at the beginning of April then £143.44 at the beginning of May.

When would be the best time to call Sky to negotiate a better deal and new terms?

Good luck, I tried 1st line support and they offered £1 a month reduction so went to the 2nd line (Scotland)  and it went to £3 a month reduction,  so cancelled sports and cinema almost a month ago with no offers since
