When do Sky confirm they have received returned equipment

Hi

I cancelled my sky contract and was instructed to return my equipment, which I did on the 3rd Feb 2023.

All items were placed in the box provided and the label was securley fixed.  There were even some sheets placed inside showing the account number and name etc.  I got the reciept.

The item was recieved by Sky on the 6th Feb 2023.  The royal mail app tracked this. 

When do Sky confirm they have recieved the package??

They don't usually confirm receiving returns. They contact you if they believe it hasn't been returned. Keep your proof of posting indefinitely. We understand returns are taking Unipart about two weeks to process.
