When did Sky reduce customer service opening hours?
Hello,
When did Sky reduce opening hours? I used to be able to call later in the evening to get problems solved? Now I speak to a menu which sounds like Sky is open but don't actually speak to anyone.
Sales is open in another country but unable to direct me to customer services.
What accounts issue do you have? Perhaps we can advise you and save you a call tomorrow?

It sounds like you are speaking to the bot so if you have an issue that us fellow customers can not help you with then trying saying nothing when it asks you any questions.
