When I try to click on anything, it all says page restricted. I can't pay my phone bill😢

Are you logging in with your main Sky ID? If you're seeing this error with your main Sky ID, you'll need to contact Sky so that they can put it right for you.

I changed banks and I didn't realise it didn't automatically change my bank details. So I missed a payment and now I can't pay it, but anything I click on it says page restricted. So I can't see my contracts, my bills or anything.

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
