When I joined up I was told that I can claim back the bill from BT up to £200 for leaving early and
When I joined Sky I was told I can claim back up to £200 from BT for leaving early. I now have my final BT invoice how do I claim this? Your sales team told me my monthly payment would reduce

It is £100 for TV and £100 for broadband.

You must provide a copy of the bill from BT where you have been charged and a copy of a statment showing that you have paid it and send these to Sky via this email address - switching credit @sky.uk (all one word without the gap)

Your post seems totally unrelated to the query from the original poster.
You will need to contact Sky to discuss reducing your subscription providing you're not still in a minimum term deal.
