When I go to pay my phone bill it says failed

When I go and pay my phone bill it says payment failed and I have the correct amount of money in my account

You shouldn't need to make a manual payment as you should have a credit/debit card or a direct debit setup on your account so that Sky can take it automatically from you so do you have this setup so this can happen because if so there is no need or no point in making a manual payment.
