What's happened to customer service

I bought a iPhone 15 Plus 256gb, next day delivery.  When the phone didnt arrive i gave sky a call, whilst on that call i asked how much in total the phone was and it was £900 which was far more than anywhere else so i cancelled the order.

A couple of days later the phone arrived anyway, so i considered keeping it but ultimaly returned it within the cooling off period.

I then recived an email saying they sent the item by  mistake and if i could return it to them which i had anyway.  I was told by Customer service that that was a frudulent email and to ignore it, but upon checking my account there were two iPhone 15 plus's on the account, samer agreemnent number but one was a monthly cost of £25 and the other was £0.

Now im left with one on my account for £25 per month which i returned over a month ago and noone can give me a straight or definitive  answer and im having to pay for something i do not have.

ive raised this complaint but havent heard back from anyone in over a month!!!

Ive spend 10s of thousands with sky on devices and never had a problem, but this has been so badly handled by them imn at the end of my tether

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

@Srgeeee

It does appear you might have been sent one via a fraud on your account. If you have put in a complaint Sky has up to 8 weeks to either resolve it or to issue you with a deadlock letter which should allow you to take it further.
