I eventually got hold of sky to find out about this and the fact that when I changed to sky Q (which I was told I had to because my old box was broken and they told me they didn't replace those anymore) I was told Netflix was included for the length of my contract ... I assumed this meant it was free for the whole contract ... now told that wasn't the case so feel misled. Will be cancelling that for sure.

I'd observe that Signature hasn't been available as a user selectable option when ordering Q online for at least a year: while it still exists in theory (and for legacy subscription) Ultimate TV is effectively the default.

From Sky website
Sky Ultimate TV is an add-on for Sky Q that enhances your viewing experience. It integrates Netflix directly into the Sky Q platform, allowing you to access a vast library of films and TV shows.
I suspect that "allowing" only applies if you pay extra

I was totally misled by Sky Ireland on Aug 21 when I renegotiated my contract. Was told on the phone it would be €29-27 per month including free Netflix but after studying email of my contract, it's now almost €33 pm with Netflix being feee for just two months. Days of stupid message system hasn't solved things. I'm shouting fraudulent at them as they lied at the time. I asked them to review my original conversation which according to them is recorded. Gonna get rid of ultimate, play out rest of contract and get rid. Sky Ireland are becoming a fraudulent branch of Sky.

I believe phone conversations can only be listened to if made in the previous 12 months.

Full details are always in the email. How long after signing up do you check it?

As I said, didn't check it straight after as I took the word of the sales rep in good faith. She said €xx amount per month why should I not take her word. Big mistake. Was only after I opened a case with sky Ireland that they resent the email and I read it.

Also the call was made on Aug 21 this year, recorded etc according to Sky. But they're not interested in checking it back in case their loyalty agent is shown up for lying through her teeth.

You didn't say, actually, and you still haven't, so I'll assume it's within the last few days. That being the case, it's probably too late now to raise it with Sky. You could try raising a formal complaint.
