What a joke, taken money from my account without permission

Had enough, keep taking money without my permission cleared my account and put it all to my next bill

Perhaps you'd like to give us the background to this? Have you made an unnecessary manual payment and then the direct debit or continuous card payment has been taken automatically (as it should)?

@Lol13notbothere  In addition to @Daniel0210  reply if you have a recurring payment method in place either card or Direct debit you have authorised Sky to take payments each month. 

 

However it should be noted if you make a manual payment this does not stop automated payments from being taken.  Did you make a manual payment?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Same here cancelled broadband in October and despite taking it off the November bill yet again have charged me for December.

That sounds like the cancellation hasn't been processed.

 

How did you cancel your broadband?

Did you receive an email from Sky acknowledging the cancellation?
