First t second time in six weeks - I've spent just under one hour one the phone agreeing a sky package glass / tv / broadband ... only to get an email 48 hours later saying I have cancelled it. What a joke!
There was a message about having to sign a credit agreement, but there was nothing obvious on my account about how to do this. Makes me wonder - did the Sales person give me a better price than he was allowed to do Sky went and cancelled it.
Once was bad enough - But Twice takes the you know what !!!'n

When an order contains an item (in this case the Glass television) being acquired through an unsecured personal loan it absolutely cannot proceed if a CCA isn't 'signed': the Financial Conduct Authority is very clear about such things and any vendor permitting it would be open to significant penalties.

Re: What a complete waste of time
@SMCG2
It’s possible you may have failed the required credit check for Glass, If you contact Sky they would be able to confirm that’s the reason your order was cancelled but not why you failed the credit check in the first place as they are not allowed to view your credit record. You would have to sign up to a credit reference agency like Experian or Equifax, which would give you access to your credit record.

Re: What a complete waste of time
The message about signing your credit agreement should be in 1 of two places, your emails or more likely in your message section and as already said you have proberly failed the credit check only sky can confirm that for you

Re: What a complete waste of time
Did you sign the credit agreement because if you didn't then the order will be cancelled.
