My welcome email didn't have my account number in it so I can't set up my sky ID. I have a previous account number from when I was with sky before but that isn't correct as that was linked to a different address. Can I get the email re-sent without calling?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI think you will need to call Sky about this I'm afraid if you have nothing else from Sky with the account number on it.
If you want to use the same email address then you need to first remove it from the old account first so log into the old account here:
https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details
Then delete the email address by providing another one and logout of this account, this will then free it up to use when setting up your new Sky ID:
