Want to speak to advisor about a billing issue
Bill is due want to find out if I can do a partial payment to keep my services

The billing/payment process is automated. You do get 10 days grace if you pay by direct debit, but beyond that, your services will automatically be restricted, I'm afraid.

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number. If you are in the ROI on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Can you please take the payment of the card you have - last time there were insuffient funds and my sevice is restricted.

You need to ring Sky about this. This forum is mainly other customers helping other customers. We can't do anything related to your billing.
