Want to remain with SKY
I have informed Sky that I want to KEEP MY SUBSCRIPTION WITH SKY BUT THEY ARE NOT LISTENING TO ME AND NOW CHARGING ME FOR NOT RETURNING MY SKY BOX etc;
IT DOESNT MAKE ANY SENSE why they are charging me for keeping the SKY BOX etc; AND MY SUBSCRIPTION.!!!!!!

It sounds like you recently spoke to Sky and perhaps indicated you might cancel your subscription?
What are Sky telling you when you call them about this?
