I want to cancel my sky cinema package and netflix premium

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:

(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

To remove part of your TV package you need to contact Sky and give 31 days notice. Be aware if you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them. Also make sure cancellation of a certain add-on doesn’t cancel another discount.

@Surrey5Storm5 you can't cancel anything on a public forum of other Sky customers.

You either need to cancel via your My Sky account or by calling Sky. Note that if you are in a minimum term contract for Sky Cinema Sky have the right to refuse the cancellation request or charge a cancellation fee.
