You are only telling other customers here so if you are expecting a response from Sky then  there will not be one.

If you do not pay your services will be restricted until you do.

Sky will usually credit any period where the services cannot be accessed (from the date of reporting) if asked.

Withholding payment puts you in breach of contract and won't get the result you want.

You have also not stated what box you are waiting for. If its a sky stream puck then your subscription doesn't get activated until you either setup the puck or 14 days from the delivery date, so you wouldn't be billed for any services until they have been activated.
