Waiting for credit refund after cancelling broadband (remaining a sky tv customer)

Waiting for credit refund after cancelling broadband (remaining a sky tv customer)  The amount now clearly says it will be refunded on next bill but my remaining contract with sky for sky glass is separate from the old broadband direct debit. So I am assuming that the money needs to be refunded by other means. I would like the refund credit paid to me, or at very least credited to the sky glass bill which is still running.

It can't be transferred to the different Sky Glass account. 

If your payment method is still active (used to pay Sky BB) refunds usually take up to 6 weeks from your last day of connection. If your payment method has been cancelled Sky will have to manually raise a cheque, usually involving a back office team, and post it to you so it’ll take longer.

If you wish we can try to help get it refunded within 3-5 working days via the Messaging Team on here. Let us know on this thread if that’s what you want to do but please confirm in your reply it’s currently showing as a credit on your Sky account.
