I cancelled my service February. Yet I still continue to get billed. In addition, I am still seeing bills in the future months. I was told that I would be charged on February 15th and then refunded within 3-5 days but not only have I not been refunded but also, I am seeing future deposits scheduled to come out of my bank account.

You will need to call Sky so they can check that your account has been cancelled and to arrange the refund.
