Vue tickets No Access - sorry you do not have access to this promotion

I am trying to claim my free Vue cinema tickets but it's not working.

I have found the tile after noticing it has moved, however when I first clicked on it I got an error message. Now it's saying  "No Access - sorry you do not have access to this promotion". I have tried to sign out and back in again.

I have Sky Cinema and have always managed to claim it before.

any help please? I am looking to take my children to the cinema on Friday.
