I've just had the exact same problem so thanks for helping out. - I thought I'd scrolled every last millimetre of the VIP section (after using the vue tics for months before) and couldn't see them. Gotta say, that's pretty sneaky of Sky - they're well hidden.

Can’t access the vue cinema tickets

Tired to access free tickets under sky vip in the section with offers and not getting the vue cinema option
