View and download old bills 2014 - 2022

Hello Sky Team,

I need copies of some old bills for tax reasons, or even a copy of my contracts. I had a subscripton from 2014 - 2022, I can see in my account that there are currently no bills or contracts, available for me to view. Please could someone help? I haven't logged in for 18 months and there is no record of anything for me to download.  Thank you so much in advance.

Nope, you're just addressing other customers here.

To access them you'll need to submit a Subject Access Request.

@Wendy631 You would have to call Sky to request old bills form that period, be aware though they may not have records going back as far as you require and there may be a charge for the ones they can supply.

The Subject Access Request, once submitted, can take up to 28 days to receive a full response. .
