Very rude call with sky rep Antonio and overcharges on my sky account

Good day

 

As a sky loyal.customer of over 10 years, i ahve never been spoown to and dealt with my any customer service agent like today. I just had a very upsetting and rude call with your sky rep. This was extremely rude condescending and frustration especially given I rang in Feb to remove the adds ons on my account which wasn't done.

 

I am writing to make a formal complaint and review into this 

 

As of 15th Feb irequest the kids and HD add on to be removed 

 

And I am also writing to follow up on the extremely rude interaction I had with Antonio in today at 10.40am UK time

 

I expect this to be fully reviewed as Antonio was extememrly rude, had no compassion, made the call extremely difficult, spoke over me several times and was very rude 

 

I will be following up with a complaint to ofcom as well. Terrible
