VIP diamond customer!!!!!!!

Pretty disgusted and disappointed Sky ☹️. Just gone to steaming and full fibre, trying to cut costs as husband has now retired and within a matter of weeks you have increased your prices on both so that I am actually no better off. Shame on you!!! Been with you 30 years-that’s the the way to treat your VIP-not!!

@Linda1001  You're not addressing SMy, we are all customers here, however it it within the T & C's you agreeed to, nothing disgusting about it as the Annual rises happen every year (if you would believe it).

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Almost all customers are VIP status to some degree. Prices are reviewed (and therefore usually increased) each April in the UK so in fairness you should have seen this in previous years.

If you've been with Sky for 30 years then you may have noticed they increase prices every April, VIP or not.
