Urgent. Hello today is the final day to cancel my 30 day sky subscriptions. I just moved house and the sky guy who came out to install the box signed us up to free sky apps and said to cancel in 30 days and we will be given another 30 days for free. My phone service has been disconnected as we are going through financial hardship with increasing bills and I can't call sky to cancel. I am requesting you to accept this notice here as cancellation so I am not charged or subscribed as I do not want the subscription and we can not afford all the free trial add ons. Please call me and confirm

There are a few ways to contact them about this including using a messaging service as you can see via the Contact Us button under Downgrade here:

It is open now, not needed to use the facility yet but what a positive step forward by Sky.
