Openreach say ultrafast broadband is now available at my address but when I try to upgrade my existing package it lets me enter all the details and then cuts me off saying - sorry we are encountering technical difficulties. It's said this every day for 4 days now. I can't face waiting in an endless phone queue. Any way of upgrading quickly online?
