Updating issue

Eva's phone on this plan won't update 

 

the message she gets says 

'your account has been disabled in the App Store and in iTunes' 

 

please can you offer any advice on how we can fix this

I think you need to ask Apple why your account has been disabled in the App Store and in iTunes as it could be an issue with the payment method you have provided to them, so whatever has happened here is not related to Sky as you can see here:
