Update my account to a joint account

How do I add my wife to my account to make it a joint account. I recently had a heart attack and realise that everything is in my name which would make it difficult for my wife  should I die

@Neil134  Sky don't allow joint ownership of an account 

you would have to cancel and your wife setup a new account 

sky do have a bereavement service which would allow an account change in the event of a bereavement

As long as you wife has access to your online account so knows the username and password then you will have no issues with this. As for the phone if she knows the telephone password Sky can talk to Sky but should the worst happen she can then talk to Sky as all things being well she can take over the account.
