Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThe contract you've agreed to does stipulate that Sky can raise the prices once in any 12 month period and for UK customers that is usually 1 April. As with other years you should get a letter or email nearer the time.

Thread was in Q forum so I had assumed TV. But broadband is indeed different where you can switch to a new provider probably locking in an above inflation rise...

Because we don’t use inflation pinned increases in our contracts, we also enable our broadband customers to leave penalty free within 30 days of being notified of a price increase.
