Unsure if my order has went through

Hi this morning I decided to make an order with sky to set up broadband and to as me and my partner have bought a house and are moving into it in a couple of weeks. When I placed order I got a date for engineer to come out which was 22nd of September which is perfect timing however I'm unsure if my order has went through after I put my details in for my direct debit etc it said something about credit check and I never got an email to confirm my order or to say it's went through . I've made a sky I'd however I cannot set up a sky account properly as I don't have my broadband / tv yet

Can you use the same details you used when placing you order to see if there is an update here:

If not you will have to call Sky for an update.
