I have clicked the link in the email to unsubscribe from sky cinema emails but it takes you just to the sky homepage whether I am logged in or not. Please help.

Thesame is true of the VIP rewards emails. I've got all the settings turned off that I can find.
Conversely, I can't find a way to get emails notifying me when there is a new bill available. Any clues?
And when I go to the help page and select 'need more help' the page is blank.

I have no idea why but this has never been an option to notify you of a new bill.
