Evening,
Hopefully someone can shed some light on the situation for me.
I returned my multi room sky box having dropped it from my package. Sky sent me the box, I returned the item.
I have the post office receipt that proves I returned it. The tracking information shows it was delivered to Sky the following day. I have already raised the issue with Sky, approximately a fortnight ago.
Why is this £52 charge showing on my bill and when will it be removed?
I was told by the agent I dealt with if I was charged it would be refunded. I'd rather not be the one who has to do the leg work in chasing up a refund for a charge I, A) Don't merit and B) Have already raised.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear tomorrow you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

I’ll escalate your original post to Sky when it’s more than ten minutes old and the Messaging Team should contact you later.
You need to watch out for a post from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.
This link explains what happens.

Could a mod or some such member with the relevant authority close my now hi jacked thread?
I did not need the half dozen email alerts this morning, nor do I want any more.
Thanks
