Unordered TNT Box Office purchase on my bank account?

There's a payment of £19.95 showing up on my bank account today for TNT Sports Box Office that I havent made. Nothing in my recordings so I dont think I ordered anything by mistake? Has anyone had this? Or know the number to phone to get refund?

@BS2   You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:

(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

I've been applied with the same charge despite not actually purchasing anything from TNT Sports. Did you manage to get to the bottom of your charge?

I've had the same transaction this morning with no box office ordered. I've contacted sky but they said it's nothing to do with them. Did you get anywhere with sorting yours?

I spoke to my bank and ended up speaking to some in the fraud dept and we cancelled the debit card. They suggested this as the purchase was made at 1.30am, so very weird. Never got to the bottom of it...

Mine was made at 1.30am too so that's very strange. I'll get on to my bank. Thanks for your reply xx
