Unknown admin charge billed to my broadband

I've been charged an admin fee on my broadband bill and have absolutely no idea why?

@MegA2807  Have you recently renegotiated a new deal?  When this happens there are admin fees and these are mentioned on calls when upgrading.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

No I haven't spoken to anyone from sky in months, that's why I'm so confused

Was it for £10 or multiples of £10 which is the standard admin charge applied?
