Unknown additions to my account

I have received three emails on Friday 4 October adding producst to my account that I have not ordered.  I also have a delivery message from the Royal mail.  I have not ordered anything new to my account and need to sort this.

What have you allegedly ordered? In case you aren’t aware we are mainly fellow customers on here trying to help other customers and you’re not contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on the forum.

I think you will need to call Sky about this so they can look into this for you incase someone has got access to your account.

 

Have you received any emails recently that said they were from Sky and that they asked you to click a link in them ?

Have you received a call recently claiming to be from Sky & offering to save you 40% on your current bill? If yes then did you give them your account details?
I suspect this may be the cause of the unknown orders if this is the case.

If you receive an unexpected parcel from Sky get in touch with our customer services team immediately. We can give advice on what to do. Don’t send the parcel anywhere except our returns address.

We’ll give you pre-paid returns packaging to send the parcel back to us.
