You can use the messaging service to do that, via the still need help button here: https://www.sky.com/help/home/your-account/my-account-and-subscription/cancelling/cancel-my-subscrip...

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreWhen you are on a free trial it does have to be cancelled or as you have fund you will be billed for it so unless otherwise stated 31 days notice is required to do this.
Sky will not contact you due to you posting on here as they will not know who you are as you need to contact them.

I have been charged for sky cinema after free trial. I did not agree to take up the service there was no option to do so. The sky engineer informed me it would not go to auto billing but it did. My sky landlines never worked so I can't call to complain so this is only way I can get the customer support I need. Please contact me sky customer service to.discuss on my mobile number on file. I refuse to pay for a call on hold waiting for you to respond.
You aren't directly contacting Sky CS here. 'Free' trials are always billed after the period has expired - you have to contact Sky to give 31 days notice to cancel.
Calls to Sky are via a 03 prefix which are standard (often inclusive) in call packages and not premium rate.
