Unexplained charge

I have an "extra charge" of £115 on my account.

What does your online bill say. Click on any blue down arrow by any amount you aren't sure about.

If you select it and expand it does it give any more detail as to what this charge could be ?

That sounds like it could be a non return fee for Q equipment.
