Unauthorised taking of money from my bank account
This has nothing to do with sky store, it wouldn't let me select anything else. I have had £25 taking from my bank account, I'd like it back please. My sky doesn't go live for another week, and I rescheduled my appointment 3 days before the original switch on date with the engineer so should not have a £25 penalty fee

If your service is Sky Stream then have a read of this:

*One to watch out for: If you don’t activate your Sky Stream puck within 21 days of delivery, your subscription and billing will start automatically.
So what is it you are having installed ?

Assuming that's what the charge is for, I'd give Sky a call to complain.
