Unauthorised payment

After cancelling my tv package I sent equipment back. No notifications to say they had not received them, just took £221 out of my account, again with no notification. Unfortunately I no longer have the receipt. Spoke to three sky advisors but not helpful at all. The first one was only interested in trying to convince me to get me back another tv package. The next person said she would try to see if the warehouse had the items hiding somewhere and would call me back. Well no she didn't. The third was just as useless. Am I being unreasonable for wanting my money back?

however without the proof refunds are solely at sky's discretion
