Unauthorised payment taken on closed account

I have had an unauthorised payment taken from my bank account 3 months after closing my account.  I received emails saying I hadnt returned equipment and would be charged but i proved that I had returned the equipment with a receipt of postage.  Unable to connect online as no longer have an account and cannot seem to find a telephone number or email that works.  I have tried replying to the original email several times without success. Can anyone advise

Thanks, I had tried via Facebook already but havent had a reply.  Will try the other methods also.
