Hi
Im unable to view my bill. It doesnt work on my windows computer using any browser, or my Sky vip app or trying on the ipad.
I get the screen flashing but is stuck on the homepage. Its been like this for a few days.
I need to view my bill to check following a conversation with Sky if they have corrected an error on my package.

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

I have been unable to view my bills all day. Having received an email telling me my bill is going up and that I can see the new charges on future bills I have been unable to access them. It is worrying that having been advised that there is a increase in my bill, Sky are preventing me from actually viewing what that bill is. I've tried accessing via the app and the website and after being redirected multiple times to re-enter my login details I just end up with a blank screen and a spinning wheel. Can you please fix this so that I can see how much you are actually going to charge me?

I've had a response from one of the sky experts in a private chat bubble and they have escalated it.
